Dr. Atkinson (University of Kentucky) completed her internship at UChicago Medicine. Emily is currently a NIDA T32 postdoctoral fellow working in the Clinical Addictions Research Lab. Her primary research interests and areas of expertise include emotion-based risk for alcohol and substance use disorders, impulsivity, and clinical assessment methodology. She provides clinical services for substance use disorders, health behavior change, and emotion dysregulation using CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing.
Elizabeth Dougherty, PhD
T32 Postdoctoral Fellow in Eating Disorders Research
Dr. Dougherty is currently a postdoctoral fellow in the Midwest T32 Eating Disorders Research fellowship, under the mentorship of Dr. Jennifer Wildes. She completed her graduate training at Illinois Institute of Technology under the mentorship of Dr. Alissa Haedt-Matt. She completed her pre-doctoral internship at Northwestern University, Feinberg School of Medicine. Dr. Dougherty’s research focuses on characterizing transdiagnostic risk and maintenance factors for eating disorders, with the goal of identifying modifiable treatment targets.

Dr. Friedlander (Roosevelt University) is a psychology postdoctoral fellow in the Psychogastroenterology Program. Her clinical experience and research areas include psychogastroenterology, psychosexual medicine, and primary care behavioral health. She is also trained in clinical hypnosis through the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis.

Dr. Bri Memba (University at Buffalo, State University of New York) completed her internship at UChicago Medine. She is currently the Child/Pediatric Psychology fellow. Dr. Memba’s clinical effort is distributed in pediatric Endocrinology, Hematology/Oncology, Allergy, and Consultation Liaison. Dr. Memba also provides services to adolescents and young adults with Obsessive Compulsive and Related Disorders. .
Matthew F. Murray, PhD
T32 Postdoctoral Fellow in Eating Disorders Research
Dr. Murray is currently a T32 postdoctoral fellow in the Midwest Regional Postdoctoral Program in Eating Disorders Research under the mentorship of Dr. Jennifer Wildes. He completed his PhD in Clinical Psychology at the Illinois Institute of Technology and predoctoral internship in Health Psychology at Henry Ford Health System. Dr. Murray’s research focuses primarily on the intersection of eating pathology and sexual and gender identity, with particular interest in identifying treatment targets that can advance culturally-effectual care models and supportive resources for individuals lacking care access. He has additional interests in the eating behaviors and psychosocial needs of patients after bariatric surgery, and other populations historically excluded in the eating disorders literature.

Dr. Kaliegh Wilkins (Loyola University Chicago) completed her internship at Rush University Medical Center in the Child/Adolescent/Pediatric psychology track. Dr. Wilkins' postdoctoral fellowship in Child Trauma, offered through the support of the BHC Collaborative, is aligned with her research and clinical interests in working to understand and support marginalized families healing and recovery after exposure to interpersonal trauma.
Chandler J. Zolliecoffer, PhD

Dr. Chandler J. Zolliecoffer is an adult-focused clinical neuropsychology post-doctoral fellow at the University of Chicago Medicine. She earned her Ph.D. in clinical psychology with an emphasis in neuropsychology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She completed her doctoral internship in clinical neuropsychology at the University of California San Diego. At the University of Chicago Medicine, Dr. Zolliecoffer sees patients in the Adult Neuropsychology Service where she conducts neuropsychological evaluations for individuals with complex presenting concerns. Her research interests encompass aging, community engaged practices, and health disparities. Dr. Zolliecoffer's pursuit of diversity, equity, and inclusion has been lifelong, and these are values that she is committed to centering in her clinical, research, and personal contexts.
