- Consult Liaison Unit- There may be times (during which the CL service is slow) when Dr. Tobin may ask you to accompany the Psychiatry Resident covering the ER (Pager # 7032) or to give them your name and pager number so that you can accompany the resident to the ER for the psychiatry consultation evaluation if one arises.
